Be convened for the year 2011 grants for the production of films and documentaries for television on project, through competitive concurrence scheme. Features: 1. for such aid reserves the amount of 3,000,000 euros to be charged to crédi available in the apl icación to 24.101.470, “Fund for the protection to cinematography”, of the 335C program, “Cinematography”, of the expenditure budget of the Agency for the year 2011.En the terms provided for in article 58 of the Royal Decree 887/2006, 21 July, which approves the regulation of law 38/2003, 17 November, General grants, provides for the possibility of fixing an additional amount to the granting of this subsidy for the production line films and documentaries for television project, which will not require a new convocatoria.2. The maximum amount of aid to be granted shall not exceed 300,000 euros provided that it does not exceed 50 per cent of the budget or the investment of the producer as they are defined in article 13 of law 55/2007 of 28 December, film. The maximum amount of each grant shall be calculated by applying the percentage that corresponds according to the following tramo:presupuesto between 700,000 and 800,000 euros to the amount of the budget: 20 by 100.Presupuesto between 800.001 and 850,000 euros: 22 by 100.Presupuesto between 850.001 and 900,000 euros: 24 by 100.Presupuesto between 900.001 and 950,000 euros: 26 by 100.Presupuesto between 950.001 and 1,000,000 euros: 28 by 100.Presupuesto exceeding 1,000,000 euros: 30 per cent.
